You are considering PURCHASING… ONE VINTAGE COLLECTIBLE PRE-OWNED – FURNITURE LOT – CALICO CRITTERS EPOCH SYLVANIAN FAMILIES MINIATURE FURNITURE LIVING ROOM These HARD TO FIND LIVING ROOM FURNITURE pieces item belonged to my daughter.    She is going to college now and we have decided to clean out the closet. These are ALL in EXCELLENT – LIKE NEW condition.   I see NO indication that they were played with excessively – if at all.   These pieces are NOT beat-up, scratched or soiled.     She was super spoiled and had so many toys – most never got played with. THESE pieces are some of the most difficult – vintage – pieces to find in in this really EXCELLENT/LIKE NEW –   CONDITION. YOU will receive what is shown in my photos.    The very FIRST PHOTO shows you EXACTLY WHAT you will receive.  So don’t get confused if you see multiple photos of the same piece in more than one photo posted.       The FIREPLACE AND TV have been tested and work great!!!   No batteries included.     The TV comes with three “slide in” scenes.     One of the three scenes is inserted in the TV as shown.   The PIANO with Stool is awesome.   The beautiful, real fabric upholstered COUCH and two matching chairs are free of any stain or sign of play use.    There is a small floor, matching, magazine rack and coffee/end table that is included as well – as shown in my photos. The little, separate, GREEN checked fireplace rug/Matt that goes in front of the fireplace is included as well.   LIKE NEW condition as with all these awesome pieces.   Please check-out closely, the many photos that I have posted above for your own, personal evaluation as these photos are an important part of my description.
