THE LIGHTER DOES NOT HAVE A SEAL BUT APPEARS TO BE IN LIKE NEW CONDITION THERE IS WHAT APPEARS TO BE GLUE RESIDUE ON ONE SIDE OF THE LIGHTER. THE WICK HAS NOT BEEN STRUCK AND THE FLINT AND REST OF THE LIGHTER APPEARS TO BE WELL KEPT. IT COMES AS YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS.
