Item Specifics: •This holster is hand crafted in Steel Hide Leather Company’s family owned shop using American tanned hides and American made hardware. Steel Hide Leather Co. has been making holsters and custom knives since 1993. •This holster is custom made and formed by hand to fit the Smith & Wesson “J” frame revolver 2″ barrell snub nose as well as other brands based on the “J” frame such as Colt, Ruger, Charter Arms, Taurus, or similar sized frame. •Made with Vegetable Tanned Leather (non-corrosive to guns). •Approximately a 15 degree cant for a smooth draw. •”EASY GRIP CUT” for a full grip on the firearm upon draw. •Molded sight channel for less drag. •Completely covers the trigger guard for added safety. •Belt slots fit up to 1-1/2″ belts. •Each holster is hand dipped with Steel Hide Leather Company’s own process,TWICE, for the proper water resistant seal and to create a rigidity in the leather so it will retain its ability of retention after years of use. •Sewn with 277 Bonded Nylon thread for superior strength. •Pre-bent to create a nice fit right out of the package and to help prevent the weapon from printing under clothing. •Comes with the Sweat Shield to aid in the handgun not rubbing against your skin. •Reinforced mouth for added strength to allow easy reholstering. •For RIGHT HAND side draw/grip. Note: This holster is made to be tight to allow for break-in to your handgun. It is built this way to create retention.
