■PRODUCTS■Please check the Photo. Product Description This is the first Sony Walkman TPS-L2. Early model. This is the first model developed with the concept of enjoying stereo while walking, and it uses solid parts for high sound quality. Product Condition It has been overhauled, including cleaning of each part, restoration processing, replacement of drive system parts, and sound adjustment, which are essential for continued use in the future. There is almost no sound shaking or excessive noise that is common with cassettes, and it produces a powerful sound. Basic internal cleaning, cleaning of mechanical parts, reassembly, replacement of main belt, replacement of counter belt, cleaning of earphone port, cleaning of microphone port, cleaning and mirror finish of head part, replacement and cleaning of rollers with good parts, cleaning of volume part, motor restoration work. Azimuth adjustment, speed adjustment. Check each operation. Play, record, stop, fast forward, rewind, Auto shutoff. Level meter and counter also work. Long-term operation test, listening test by actual listening. A measuring device was used for speed adjustment, wow and flutter measurement, and azimuth adjustment. During the repair process, we use appropriate chemicals and oils. Although it is a very old machine, we have disassembled and cleaned it, replaced key parts, and made fine adjustments to the sound to return it to a condition that is almost identical to its original condition.
