Coverage Details: The warranty, provided by Empire Time NYC, covers the watch movement and timekeeping.

Conditions: The warranty for pre-owned watches is valid for 1 year. For new watches, if they come with the manufacturer’s warranty and it is no longer active, we provide a 1-year warranty. However, the warranty is void if the watch has been damaged accidentally, opened, taken apart, undergone unauthorized service, or due to factors unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship.
