Item Description Israeli Premium & unique Stamp Artist Pages – Beautiful & Extremely Rare. All are in superb mint condition, protected within a plastic sleeve (these are Not ‘paper’, more like thin cardbox! and are much more durable!), while all stamps are of course in MNH EX. condition. This very special listing consists of various Artist Pages that I received more than a decade ago, as part of an annual subscription that I had for a few years. First I must say that information on these artist pages is virtually non-existent. I mean I know where they came from, but why were these gorgeous Artist Pages discontinued and when? Just how rare are they? what is their CV? I’ve searched the web, consulted with catalogs (Bale being my only hope, let’s face it..), even reached out to a fellow stamp Seller or two here on eBay – but to no avail – No one seems to even know of them, let alone appraise it. Obviously I have also NEVER seen them listed on eBay. Ever. For two decades now.. The only person that was even aware of their existence was a lady I talked on the phone with, from the official IPS shop – who confirmed that indeed these were, once upon a time, part of the annual subscription package and not offered to the general public, were a short-lived thing and eventually discontinued.
