Perhaps you’ve moved or maybe you intend to have the artwork delivered to your office instead of your home. Checking your default information takes just a moment and can save you time and frustration. Handling & Delivery Times We specify the handling time for each piece of artwork in the eBay listing. Some art pieces are on a 1-day handling time (which means we take 1 business day to process the order prior to shipping). Most art pieces are on a 5-day handling time (meaning the artwork is being handmade to order and will ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment). Artwork does not ship until payment clears no matter what the handling time. When the artwork is ready to ship, we provide the tracking number through eBay so you can keep up with your artwork while it is in transit. Anticipated ship dates/delivery date ranges are clearly stated on all listings. Special Requests We are not able to “hold” artwork for shipment once you have placed an order because we have to adhere to eBay’s standards and complete the order fulfillment as spelled out in the listing. Please contact us before placing your order if you have special requests (IE: please hold until the 20th as I will be on vacation) so we can advise you as to the best course of action. Custom Artwork Even though each of our pieces is handmade to order, to follow the rules here on eBay, we cannot deviate or modify from what is being sold to you. In other words, if you are purchasing a piece that measures 60″ wide and you send us a message asking us to make it 72″ wide, we cannot accommodate you in that fashion. Modifying size, colors, number of panels, and other artwork details is considered custom artwork. Custom work is arranged directly through the Statements2000 art studio (not here on eBay). Here on eBay, the pieces are available as you see them and exactly as they are listed. Custom artwork (inclusive of price, lead time, and any transport costs) is quoted in advance. Custom artwork is non-refundable and non-returnable, one of the reasons we don’t offer custom artwork here on eBay. Shipping Materials We use high-quality shipping materials. We are experienced shippers and many of our art pieces have custom made packing materials specially designed to ensure their safe delivery.  Combined Shipping We offer combined shipping whenever possible. However, getting the artwork to its destination is our top priority. Many pieces are not eligible for combined shipment including 3d wall sculptures, freestanding sculptures, clocks, and more.  Things that frequently can ship together include like-sized piece (IE: two sets of 7 panel artwork that both measure 68″ x 24″) Please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability of combined shipping with your specific item information.  International Shipping -The carrier UPS or USPS is selected based on dependable services, the least handling, competitive rates, and timely delivery -Import duties, taxes or tariff charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These import charges vary and are the -buyer’s responsibility.  -We do not collect these fees. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. -International rates may or may not include package pickup or door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. -U.S. law prohibits submitting false or misleading customs information that inappropriately classifies an item as a gift as a way to avoid certain duties, tariffs or customs fees. -We have no control over how long an item takes to clear customs and every customs experience is unique. We use USPS for certain oversized goods, international shipments, and delivery to places like Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
