Karoff hanging liquor cabinet is a real conversation piece! This cabinet would be great in the man cave or den, with its ‘whiskey barrel’ presence. Looks great on the wall and comes complete with a wooden ‘spigot’ that screws into place for that authentic look. Wooden spigot gives the cabinet that ‘whiskey barrel’ vibe and conveniently acts as a support when cabinet door is open (spigot for display only). There are three liquor bottles, which comfortably hold 16 ounces each (can hold a couple ounces more if filled to the brim). Gold-painted labels are Bourbon, Gin and Whiskey. Bottles are also marked ‘Karoff’ on the bottom, in raised type. The three bottles are in very good condition, with no cracks or chips. Plastic, screw-on lids are still in very good shape–gold color is still intact, the plastic has held its shape and has not cracked. Gold color, painted labels on Bourbon and Whiskey bottles show very little wear, amazingly. The Gin bottle label is very worn. Shot and lowball glasses are in excellent condition; there are four of each. Glass is intact and gold-painted Karoff logo is still very shiny and new looking on each glass. Liquor bottles have the Karoff name on the bottom, but the glasses do not. Total weight of liquor cabinet is 12.8 lbs with empty liquor bottles, glasses and wooden barrel-style shelving unit with detachable ‘spigot.’ Cabinet and glasses are circa 1950s – 1960s and are made in Japan. Amazingly, Karoff sticker is still on the back of the unit! Wooden cabinet is made of stained wood panels on the outside, with metal ‘barrel straps.’ Hinged door has a very ornate ‘seal’ stamped into the wood, and opens to reveal small wooden shelves for the bottles and lowball glasses. The shot glasses sit securely in their own cut-out holders on the smaller shelves. Item measures approximately 18 in. x 18 in. x 4.5 in. A great gift for the breweriana collector, and looks great in the game room, den or man cave! This design is somewhat rare and hard to find. PGW125
