Most items will be shipped to customer the same or next day, usually within 24 hours of purchase. Items are securely packaged in corrugated shipping boxes, bubble envelopes or similar packaging supplies. We usually use USPS for shipping but certain items may be shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL depending on the package size and customer location. 

Domestic Shipping (USA): Most items reach customers within 2-5 business days if the customer resides in USA, however in certain instances it may take longer due to weather, local conditions or other emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL are the carriers used most routinely. It usually takes anywhere from 7-21 business days for packages to arrive but in certain instances it may take longer due to postal, customs or other local delays, weather, local conditions or other emergency or unforeseen circumstances. Customs and duty may apply, this is the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by World By Shotglass.

Returns

Customers  have 30 calendar days  to return an item from the date they received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened/sealed  and/or in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

We will then initiate a refund via your original method of payment.

In most instances, the refund goes through PayPal system immediately, however if you paid with a credit card or an E-check, it may take  a certain amount of days, depending on your card/bank issuer's policies.
