The membrane is light, stiff and optimally dampened – essential elements for the “ideal” loudspeaker driver. Manufactured in the FOCAL production facilities, this membrane is made from high-quality French flax sandwiched between two thin layers of glass fiber. The lightweight sandwich is characterized by a natural sound without coloration as well as a rich reproduction in the midrange and precise bass beats.   Flax Evo delivers further innovations such as the new TAM tweeter: derived from the state-of-the-art tweeter of the Utopia M series, the inverted dome with M-profile ensures a wider radiation angle.
