FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING IS INCLUDED!!! Up for sale is a Brand New 15 piece set of… Custom Titanium Torx Screws Anodized in BLUE to fit the Benchmade Carbon Fiber Osborne 940-1 Knife. (This set won’t fit the normal non standoff 940 version) The 940-1 factory standard black torx screws are not titanium. The Black factory screws also do not fit properly as they are too long and stick out past the scales into the blade area. My custom designed Blue Titanium screws fit perfectly and do not protrude past the scales into the blade area. Upgrade the standard torx screws to an 15 Piece set of ANODIZED BLUE Rust Proof Titanium Torx Screws. Not only do they look great but they are also lighter, stronger and fit better than the black factory torx screws. Notes on Anodizing Aluminum and Titanium. The original Benchmade 940-1 Standoffs are made from Blue ANODIZED ALUMINUM. NOT Blue ANODIZED TITANIUM. It is very hard to do an exact color match as they are on 2 different materials and use 2 different anodizing processes. My custom titanium parts will be hand anodized to a similar colored Blue but please note this will not be an exact match to the factory aluminum standoffs. Please be aware of this by viewing the pictures for details. By purchasing this set you are agreeing to this color difference. These Genuine Titanium Torx screws are a direct replacement for the Benchmade 940-1 Knife. It will NOT fit the Benchmade 940 (non standoff version). Please contact me for the 940 version to discuss a custom set. Please note: No knives pictured are for sale. What is included in this sale is only the 15 piece set of Titanium Screws to fit the original Benchmade 940-1 knife. Consisting of 15 x BLUE Anodized screws in total. This 15pc set includes the following titanium screws: 1 x T10 Torx BLUE Titanium Pivot Screw 4 x T6 Torx BLUE Titanium Body Screws 4 x T6 Torx BLUE Titanium Standoff Screws 3 x T6 Torx BLUE Titanium Pocket Clip Screws 3 x T6 Torx BLUE Titanium Pocket Clip Hole Protector Screws T10 PIVOT SCREW NOTE: I have recently been notified that the pivot screw might not fit some 940-1 knives. Benchmade possibly changed the pivot screw thread size during the 940-1 production run. My T10 pivot screw will fit 99% of 940-1 knives however if it does not fit I will give you a part refund on that screw. By purchasing this set you are aware of this. If you would like more info whether it fits your 940-1 knife or not. Please contact me to discuss options. To install these Titanium Torx screws set, good quality Torx tools will be needed. (Such as Wiha Torx tools) Please note: A bit of thread locking glue, plumbers tape or even a drop of nail polish is highly recommended on the screw’s thread. Just incase it rattles off over time, as an extra safety precaution. Once you have received a colored titanium product. It may appear to have lost color once touched, this is only just the oil from your hands. If the oil has been cleaned off the color will come back. Use acetone or nail polish remover to clean the oil off the anodized screws. The custom anodizing will look new again! Please Note: Only 15 Replacement BLUE Anodized Titanium Screws are for sale in this listing. No knives and No pocket clips are included in this sale.
