Don’t have time to make your own layout? Maybe you don’t feel like you have the skills? JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. Here you go. This layout was professionally commissioned by a published American Flyer collector: professionally landscaped, wired, and tracked. This is not your neighbor’s weekend garage project. As you can see, this one has nice gradual inclines, two separate loops, a beautiful mountain with track around the back side, a siding, places for accessories, a nice tunnel, some nice abutment work, benchwork for control buttons and transformer, and more. It does not currently have legs. The wiring makes use of the standard PCB boards which makes moving wiring around easier (if you need to). The accessory wiring is still partially underneath for you to reconnect to should you want to. Just trace the wires as they go to the activator or to the PCB, and hook up whatever you want.  You would need to wire up your own accessories to the existing activators and wires …if you even want accessories. Aside from any accessory wiring and legs (or a table base), you do not need to do anything to run your trains. The power wires are all ready to go. Just connect two wires to your transformer (preferably a big one), and start running two loops of trains. It is a nice layout. The crossover action of the elevated bridge with the track underneath it is always fun to watch. There are lots of spots as you can see for your own accessories or buildings. I CAN supply you with a detailed description of what was originally where should you want to know. I can supply pictures of the original set up with accessories as well.  The layout is currently sitting on top of a cafeteria table. YOUR TIME IS WORTH SOMETHING. Have it ready for the holidays!! DELIVERY: We cannot ship this layout. We will help you in any way we can. There are many short haulers and even a website or two that specialize in this sort of thing. Perhaps you know someone who would come and get it or crate it for shipping. I MAY know someone who can deliver, but cost would largely depend on your zip. You know how much it costs these days to have a custom layout built–it is very expensive. Our opening bid is a fraction of what the collector paid to have it built. If you have priced them, you know it is a per square foot calculation. There are almost 60 square feet here. LAST NOTE: I did notice when I took the pictures that one switch motor housing was off and a bulb was off one of the switch controllers. We have provided 24 supersizable pictures–take advantage of them and look at every detail before bidding.
