Combined Shipping: I typically charge 50 cents for each additional item, although there are occasional situations where this isn’t the case (usually with larger items). If you’d like to know what I’ll charge you, please ask. Returns: I accept returns for a full refund within 14 days. The buyer pays return shipping costs. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE – I am now charging 5.00 for each additional item for international combined shipping (thereby nullifying my prior statement of 2.00 – it is much easier to add to all my item descriptions than it is to delete from them). This price is a somewhat negotiable default. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you agree to purchase all your items and then request a total before paying. I have started providing a stock scale photo for all of my listings. This photo demonstrates the scale of some example tourmaline, beryl, iron meteorite and moldavite pieces using coins for scale. Please note that none of the stones or coins (or anything else) from that photo is included in your listing. I have provided the photo to give you an idea of how big your stone will be. PLEASE, PLEASE utilize this scale photo to your advantage! It can save us both some grief by making you well-informed about the size of the stone you will receive. I pride myself in providing highly-accurate specs for length and weight. Use them to your advantage! I have also provided this stock scale photo so that I don’t have to provide individual scale photos. This saves me time and enables me to bring more products to market at lower prices to you. The buyer agrees that, in the event that a USPS package becomes lost or disappears from tracking (a rare event, but it does happen), the buyer will initiate the Missing Mail Search with the USPS. The buyer agrees to contact me and I will give the necessary info to file for the search. (These searches are quite easy to file.) The reason that I have this policy is that I find that it is very beneficial to have the recipient of the package file the search as opposed to the sender. This is because the recipient is the one who will ultimately need to communicate the where and when of what will happen and the sender need not be a middleman. Long story short, the recipient of the package needs to be in the driver’s seat, otherwise the sender ends up continually relaying messages between the USPS and the recipient of the package. The buyer also agrees to be the person to contact their local post office and/or letter carrier, if need be. IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BE FAMILIAR WITH THIS ENTIRE LISTING.
